Holidays
Do I need to bring my phone?
We require all holiday and event attendees to have a working phone on them whilst abroad. Please check with your service provider whether your inclusive minutes and data usage applies to the destination you are visiting.
If you would like to unlock your phone to use a foreign sim whilst abroad, please note this process could take your network provider up to 30 days to complete.
What documents do I need to travel?
Please check your local governments travel guidelines for up to date information about travelling abroad.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you have all the required documents needed to travel before your time of departure.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds may be provided under certain circumstances at the full discretion of Tråvvú. Please contact us for further information.
How do I choose my food menu?
Nearer the time of your holiday, we will contact you to request your meal options. At this time you can also make us aware of any food allergies or special health requirements you have.
Can I book an earlier or later transfer?
Yes this is possible.
Can I arrive early or extend my stay?
Yes, you are free to arrive early or extend your stay. Please note, as our holiday starts and ends on the dates given you will need to create independent bookings with hotels, transfers companies etc.
Can I bring another guest?
You are able to invite your friends, family, collegues or whoever. Tråvvú Holidays are adult-only holidays. Guests are required to be of the age 30 or above. Please request permission to attend if you are lower than this age by emailing holidays@travvu.com before booking.
Are solo travellers welcome?
Many of our guests join as solo travellers! Our moto is #travelsolotogether. The aim of our holidays are for people to travel and create new memories in a new crowd. Some people join with friends but many travel alone and are waiting to meet others just like you. All rooms are shared so as a solo traveller we will pair you up with someone who is similar in age and gender. Feedback has shown this is a highly effective way for people to build great relationships.
How old do I have to be to attend?
